About IBES

IBES is based out of Saskatoon and provides its services throughout the province of Saskatchewan.  IBES is incorporated in Saskatchewan and is insured.  

Howard Hemingson is the principal tester and evaluator for IBES.  Howard is a mechanical engineer with a masters degree specializing in heat and moisture transfer.  He has also received his Level 1 Thermographer Certification from the Infrared Training Center.  Howard has been conducting building envelope testing and infrared scanning since 2012, first with the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) and now with IBES.  During that time, he has conducted numerous evaluations on schools, health care facilities, commercial buildings, condominium buildings, and houses throughout Saskatchewan.  Howard is familiar with a range of test standards and procedures and will use his knowledge and experience to satisfy your building envelope testing and evaluating requirements.
